    and pale strawberry, along with pleasing characters of mineral, rose, cream and a nuance
    of toasted brioche. With its attractive pale salmon color, this sparkling wine is refined
    and refreshing.
    Though ready to enjoy now, 2018 Yarden Brut Rosé should age nicely for a decade
    from vintage. We love serving this food-friendly wine with a colorful cheese and fruit board,
    crispy pan-fried barramundi with lemon butter sauce, or mixed vegetable tempura.
