Delivery Information

At Israeli Wine Cyprus, we partner with Cyprus’ largest national courier company, G.A.P. Akis Express, to ensure reliable and trackable delivery across the Republic of Cyprus.

All shipments include real-time tracking and SMS notification upon arrival or delivery.

Delivery Options

Delivery charges apply during checkout.

We currently offer two delivery methods:

1️⃣ Express to Nearest G.A.P. Akis Express Shop

€10 Flat Rate
⏱ Delivery Time: 2–4 Business Days

Your order will be delivered to the nearest G.A.P. Akis Express shop based on your postal code.
You will receive an SMS notification once your shipment is ready for collection.

2️⃣ Door-to-Door Delivery

€20 Flat Rate
⏱ Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days

Your order will be delivered directly to the address specified on your completed order form (Zones A & B as defined by G.A.P. Akis Express).

Delivery Coverage

We deliver goods only within areas under the control of the Republic of Cyprus.

Delivery coverage is subject to G.A.P. Akis Express Zones A & B and is confirmed based on your postal code at checkout.

Age Verification & Alcohol Policy

All goods must be signed for upon delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.

The courier reserves the right to request valid proof of age at the time of delivery.

If proof of age is not available, or if no person aged 18+ is present at the delivery address, the goods may be retained by the driver.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted at the agreed address and no one is available to accept the order:

• The courier may leave a notification of attempted delivery.
• You will need to contact Customer Service to re-arrange delivery.
• Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.

Written Delivery Instructions

We may accept written delivery instructions from the buyer authorizing goods to be left in a specific location.

In such cases:

• The written instruction and a delivery photograph may serve as proof of delivery.

• Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once delivery is completed according to the written instructions.

Safe Handling & Responsibility

• All shipments are securely packaged by Israeli Wine Cyprus.
• Standard courier insurance applies according to courier policy.
• Wines travel under standard transport conditions.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe, we shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Courier operational disruptions

• Public holidays

• Force majeure events
