The Story of Israeli Wine
Israel is one of the world’s oldest wine-producing regions, with a history rooted in ancient Jewish tradition.

Our Story
Israeli Wine is led by Gadi Schori, member of the Cyprus Sommelier Association (CYSOMM) and WSET Level 3 certified with Merit.
With more than two decades of experience in Israel’s wine and culinary sectors, Gadi brings professional expertise and cultural authenticity to the Cyprus market. Today, he is active as a wine educator, consultant, and trade specialist.
Our portfolio is carefully curated from leading Israeli wineries, offering a balanced selection — from refined everyday wines to prestigious, limited-production bottles, alongside kosher liqueurs and specialty products.
We work closely with both hospitality professionals and private clients, with particular attention to the needs and standards of kosher consumers.
