The Cave | Dry Red Wine
Characterized by impressive aromas of black cherries, black pepper and a hint of vanilla. A wine with a full and velvety texture, delicate tannins and balancing acidity.
The selected grapes that make the cave wine are grown in vineyard plots in the Golan Heights. The soil in these vineyards consists of basalt stones and dark soil. Due to the mature age of these vines, a naturally low yield is obtained, which does not exceed 700 tons per dunam. From these parameters of vine age, growing area and low yield, concentrated fruit with high phenolic ripeness is obtained
