The 2023 Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon presents appealing cherry and plum
fruit notes, along with attractive characters of spice, juniper, black pepper,
earth and cocoa. The wine displays full body and satisfying concentration
of flavor.
Though ready to drink now, the wine will improve in the bottle for a few
years and stay in excellent drinking condition for about six to eight years
from harvest. We enjoy pairing the wine with pan-seared flank steak,
grilled lamb kebab skewers, or a festive mushroom Wellington.

The 2023 Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon was made from Cabernet grapes
harvested from vineyards on the cool Golan Heights. The wine aged in
French oak barrels for 12 months.
