Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Growing conditions and climate:
The vineyard is characterized by a combination of volcanic and terra
rossa soil over hard limestone bedrock with efficient aeration of the roots.

The Upper Galilee enjoys a cool climate, with chilly summer nights, hot
summer days and low humidity.

The grapes were harvested during the night, after destemming the grapes
undergo one to two weeks of skin contact before pressing.

Malolactic fermentation and a light clarification follow
and the wine is then transferred to French and American oak barrels for aging.
The wine has a deep ruby-black color, with aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries,
cassis, and roasted coffee, which are the typical Cabernet markers from the plots.
