Moshava Chrdonnay 2021

The grapes are harvested during the night and immediately destemmed and softly crushed. After the must clarification, the liquid is fermented at a low temperature, the wine undergoes a series of rackings and clarifications until the bottling stage.
The Chardonnay is a sharp and aromatic white wine. It is fermented only in stainless steel tanks, without wood contact, to preserve the characteristic aromas of the variety: green apple, pear and grapefruit. The wine is dry and has a refreshing and pleasant acidity balanced by the ripe fruit. The harmonious wine has a light body with a balanced and
pleasant finish.
