Memories Cava Brut Reserva

Traditinal Method Cava from Vallencia low yield old Macabeo vines that was organicly grown. harvested Manual & Selected on theFirst week of September. aged for 18 mounth.

A pale-yellow color with straw hue reflections, fine bubbles and a creamy foam, a benefit
of the long aging. The nose presents powerful aging aromas on a fruit background,
dominating aromas of nuts and delicate pastry notes. It enjoys balanced acidity and a
pleasant palate.
