Haverim (Friends Wine) 2022

Region: Upper Galillee
Varieties: Petit Verdot, Syrah and Merlot

Style: This wine, with a deep red color, displays aromas of ripe cherry, forest berries together with earth, vanilla and oak.
Technical Data: Fermentation on skin at a temperature of about 28° for 10-20 days. Full malolactic fermentation and 13
months aging in French oak barrels. The wine will continue to improve in the bottle for up to 7 years from the date of
harvest.
Harvest: The winter preceding the 2022 harvest was average in precipitation but relatively warm in relation to previous
years. This led to the pruning of the vines later than usual and hence also the awakening of the vine from the winter sleep
is slightly late compared to an average year. Spring and summer were moderate in temperature and the grapes ripened in
optimal conditions. The 2022 vintage stands out as a particularly high-quality vintage.
