Region: Upper Galilee, Misgav Am Vineyard, most northern vineyard of the winery. Composted with recycled coffee from Nespresso
    capsules.

    Variety: Chardonnay.
Style: Bright yellow in color with aromas of ripe apple, tangerine,
pear and a hint of oak. A silky textured wine with fresh acidity
    and a delightful finish.

Technical Data: The grapes were harvested early in the morning with cool
temperatures. Before racking the grapes were pressed and
shaded for 24 hours. The must fermented in oak barrels and
aged for about five months on lees.

    Harvest:
The winter preceding the 2021 vintage was average in
precipitation, but relatively warm compared to previous years.
This led to the pruning of the vines later than usual.
So the awakening of the vine from the winter dormancy was
slightly late compared to the average year.
Spring and summer were moderate in temperatures and the
grapes ripened in optimal conditions. The harvest period began
at the end of July, with Gewurztraminer grapes from the
Menara vineyard and ended in the second week of October with
a Cabernet Sauvignon vintage from the Misgav Am vineyard.
The period of 10 weeks allowed the team good conditions to
make excellent wine. The 2021 vintage appears to be a
    particularly high-quality vintage.
