SINGLE VINEYARDS Syrah was harvested from the Olive Spring
Vineyard (Ein Zeitim), in the Upper Galilee, 740m above sea level.
The winemakers made the bold choice of using concrete tanks for
aging this wine to retain the unique individuality of the fruit from this
exceptional vineyard. With no wooden barrel contact, the grapes’
aromas were reinforced, thus expressing the clean, pure flavours and
